BOMBERDRONE (volume warning)

A short ambient?? improv piece only using a sound from Bomberman Hero. This is really heavily crushed and distorted and clips all over the place as it should. I think a more focused and less improv driven version of this piece would work really well as part of the soundtrack for my game - which I’ll be doing a worldbuilding wednesday thing for later this evening.

going to interview for a summer job at radioshack tomorrow, wrote some string stuff to try and relax

i’d really like to get this job because it’s a tiny store and it’s airconditioned and seems really nice and chill but i’m nervous as hell HA

really like how this turned out. used lots of fun oldschool sounds and approached it with a ddr mentality, which was a very new way to look at things. i’d like to do more like this in the future.

the strings at the end (and the disco string in the bridge) are from the free sonatina orchestra sample pack. i don’t really know how i feel about the wind and brass samples, but the strings are really REALLY nice, definitely worth a look

rabbit girl - “validate/vindicate”

This started as a song for pdfd but it really doesn’t fit the tone or style of that project at all, so for now it’s just kind of in this weird limbo and I don’t really feel like polishing it further. I do like how it turned out, though, and I might end up repurposing the drums for another song if the need arises.

i have one week left of chilling and a super easy final until i’m done w/ my freshman year and i head home. all my other projects are done and my only in-class final is a cakewalk, so i’m going to take this time to make some goofy music and sleep a lot

these amens are just placeholders until i get to work tomorrow, this is still really loopy

i just can’t wait until i get home and actually have speakers to listen to music on again; headphones are nice, but only using headphones for the last semester got old after a while

Messing around with some dub techno sounds. I’d really like to do a techno release at some point in the future, but I only have a few wips right now, and nothing concrete.

i just spent the last six or so hours working on this and kind of forgot to eat dinner oops. i don’t really produce or listen to trance that often but when i get into i really find it hard to think about anything else, idk why. either way i like how it’s coming along. consider this a wip i guess
